The park is right next to the mouth of the Burrum River, making it an attractive destination for exploration. It features adjoining walkways, scenic outlooks, and a relaxing atmosphere facing directly onto Fraser Island.The RoleWe are currently recruiting an experienced relief team member who is highly customer-focused, commercially minded, and capable of driving business development. The role also involves engaging with guests and the local community to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.Relief team members should have a creative flair for community engagement, be hands-on in cleaning, housekeeping, and grounds maintenance, and be passionate about environmental and cultural preservation while providing a world-class guest experience aligned with the Park Managers. We are seeking couples to support a 4/10 roster.Responsibilities include:Being accountable for all business operations and guest experienceBeing hands-on with a positive can-do attitudeProblem-solving in a fast-paced environmentAchieving agreed KPIsSelection CriteriaEnergetic, enthusiastic, and hands-on approachProven experience in a similar role (desirable)Outstanding customer service skillsFamiliarity with RMS 9+ computerized booking system and good computer skillsWillingness to learn and apply systems and processesStrong communication, organization, and administrative skillsAbility to interact professionally with guestsAvailability to work across a seven-day roster, including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and eveningsThe CompanyBelgraviaPRO is a management services company specializing in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks.
