As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintain business with assigned national accounts, lead in business and performance reviews, be able to identify service issues and allocate the right resource for improvement, demonstrate detailed service to meet the requirements of customersGenerate new sales opportunities from existing customers, achieve yearly growth target of strategic accountsFollow the tender management process, conduct competition environment analysis and negotiation strategy in alignment with productsManage AR process, including due date and credit limitationsFor key accounts in own book of business: Prepare, execute, monitor and continuously improve account strategies/development plans/business plansConduct sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes and prepare corresponding reports on account statusDeliver personal sales plan in CRM and Corporate PlannerAdhere with and execute sales strategy and sales as provided by global/regional/country sales leadershipDrive and support Products regarding individual product design for customersGenerate tender leads and support timely delivery of compelling and value generating proposalsIdentify and convert sales opportunities in collaboration with ProductsCustomer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.What You NeedWe will help you be successful in this role.
