It''s always an exciting time to join the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW!About The Role...We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial Exhibitions team. This role focuses on sales and customer service for exhibitors in the lead up to the Sydney Royal Easter Show.As part of this role, you will also be responsible for the account management of Commercial Exhibitors and will be expected to take a proactive sales approach to source new leads. To be successful in this position, you will enjoy working in a team environment whilst having the ability to work autonomously, show initiative, be organised and passionate.About You...Previous experience in sales essential and event management preferredStrong administration experience including demonstrated experience in presentationsProven experience developing and maintaining business relationshipsAbility to manage and address clients concerns in an appropriate and timely mannerHave superior customer service skillsHave excellent communication & interpersonal skillsHave an outstanding work ethic and impeccable groomingHave a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPointAbility to multitask, work effectively under pressure and to deadlinesBe legally entitled to live & work in Australia.Be willing to undertake a police clearance check if requiredAbout UsThe Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) has been an influential force in the direction and development of Australian agriculture through competitions, education and events since its foundation in 1822.
