Your Opportunity: An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Account Manager to join our high-performing Image Guided Therapy (IGT) sales team, managing the IGT portfolio for QLD. Ideally, you are Brisbane-based and comfortable with regional travel as required. Reporting to the National Sales Manager - IGT, you will develop and manage business strategies to achieve profitable relationships across our IGT portfolio (fixed systems, mobile surgery, and haemodynamics). Your experience in Capital Equipment / Medical Devices and your ability to influence at all levels will be key to your success. You are responsible for: Achieving and growing sales in your territory, advancing revenue and market position in line with company goals. Account penetration, managing and growing new and existing accounts. Developing and managing key customer relationships. Providing clinical, technical, and sales support to customers in collaboration with the business unit and applications team. Developing and executing professional education workshops/events for customers at all levels. Delivering persuasive presentations to senior audiences, effectively communicating complex solutions for high-impact sales. Maintaining up-to-date CRM and sales tools, providing regular updates to the National Sales Manager and stakeholders. Youre the right fit if: You have experience in healthcare sales and strategy, preferably within image-guided therapies, capital equipment, or medical devices. You possess an understanding of sales processes with a focus on protecting and expanding market share. You are highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven. You have excellent communication skills and can build strong internal and external networks. You can deliver persuasive presentations to senior audiences.
