Senior Finance Analyst | Data and TransformationOur Finance and Tax Data team in Sydney sets the divisions data strategy and collaborates with global teams to embed best practices around data architecture, operations, and risk management.At Macquarie, we bring together diverse people and empower them to shape possibilities. This involves working closely with stakeholders to understand the current data landscape, identifying short-term opportunities, and supporting long-term transformation initiatives. You will also partner with Finance teams to optimize data processes, improve data quality, and reduce risks and costs.What you offerA passion for data and its application in financeTertiary degree in Business/Commerce and 3+ years of post-qualification experience in financial services or investment bankingConceptual understanding of data architecture, systems, and processesExperience with analytical and automation tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or similar is preferredStrong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiencesTenacity, agility, and high performance in fast-paced environmentsWe welcome applicants inspired to build a better future with us.
