ClientElders Rural ServicesAbout The RoleWere looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance Systems & Data Analytics team on a 12-month contract. In this role, youll take ownership of our MySales incentive system (powered by Performio), ensuring it runs smoothly and supports our sales teams effectively.Youll be the go-to person for system queries, data-related issues, calculations modelling, testing and enhancementsworking closely with internal teams and our vendor partner, Performio. If you love solving problems, improving systems, and making data work for people, this could be the perfect fit.What Youll Be DoingAdminister and maintain the MySales incentive system to ensure accurate and timely data processing.Provide first-line support for user queries, access issues, and reporting concerns.Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, calculation errors, and system anomalies.Collaborate with Performio and internal stakeholders to manage updates and enhancements.Monitor data feeds and integrations to ensure data integrity, especially sensitive to unintended impacts resulting from a broader business transformation & ERP implementation program.Work with Finance, HR, IT and Sales to align system functionality with business needs.Document processes, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.Support testing and validation of system changes and new incentive plans.Contribute to broader Finance Systems & Data Analytics initiatives as required.About YouYou have experience in business and/or systems analysis, ideally in a finance or sales environment.Youre comfortable working with data and resolving technical issues, as such you have good to great Excel skills.Youre a great communicator who can work across teams and with external vendors.Youre proactive, detail-oriented, and love improving systems and processes.Why Join Us?Be part of a collaborative and supportive team.Work on a high-impact system that directly supports our sales performance.Gain exposure to a modern incentive platform (Performio).Competitive salary: Up to $90K + super (commensurate with proven experience)At least 3 days in office, preferably 4 or 5.
