The sales team work hand in hand with the production and technical teams to ensure that customer experience is managed positively.Relevant experience is valued with scope for further training and hands on learning from industry leaders.We are a customer focused business and value our relationships, if this sounds like the right fit then we want to hear from you.Main ResponsibilitiesGathering market intelligence, monitoring industry trends and promoting growthBuild relationships and identify opportunities to supply Wagners productsDevelop and maintain structured sales plans for key accountsBuild brand loyalty and maximise business potentialAchieving established sales KPIs across area of responsibilityAbout YouConcrete industry experience preferred but not requiredHigh level of written and verbal communicationDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamPossess flexibility, adaptability and versatility of approach to handle changing work requirementsAbility to establish and manage working relationships with customers, management team and employeesBe a professional self-starter with a passion for excellence in customer service and business developmentAbout UsWagners is an award-winning and diversified construction materials and services provider and innovator of construction materials and New Generation building materials.
