Your mission will be to develop and optimize the boutique''s performance and profitability, while ensuring your team engages clients with exceptional service.Main AccountabilitiesBusiness Performance & OperationsDrive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, maximize business profitabilityAnalyze performance to identify business needs and turn them into individual actions and objectivesAnalyse available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategiesEnsure staff is trained in all areas of appropriate POS usage and maintenanceUnderstand and properly execute all management POS functionsEnsure cash control procedures are properly followed including bank deposits, safe funds and petty cashMonitor the movement of all inventory and ensure that staff adheres to all transferring/receiving policies and proceduresMaintain boutique image according to the brands standardsImplement and maintain all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategiesEnsure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual directionClient Experience & DevelopmentEnsure all associates provide the highest level of customer serviceManage client database and utilize information to increase sales and client contactExecute service excellence to increase client satisfaction and retain customer loyaltyResolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectivelyManage all special events inclusive of collection previews, client events, sale events, etc.Empower associates to make decisions in the customers best interest that also support the companys philosophyTeam Management & DevelopmentIdentify and recruit new talents, build and retain a high performing teamLead by example demonstrating passion towards APM MONACO, know our brands products, mission and valueConduct in-store training, one-o-one coaching and team meetingsBuild individual objectives and development plansEnsure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand image and always adhered toResolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR team when necessarySkills and Traits:Management and leadership skillsBusiness acumenStrategic thinkingReactive, flexible and open-mindedFluency in English; other language will be a plusWhy Join APM?Global, Dynamic Team: Diverse and energetic workforceCollaborative Culture: Teamwork and open communicationComprehensive Benefits: Paid time off and generous employee discountsDon''t wait to join APM Monaco team.
