We provide tailored back-office solutions that align with our clients'' workflows and business goals, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives while we handle routine and resource-intensive tasks.AccSource currently supports a diverse client base, including:Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)Accounting and Advisory FirmsMortgage Broking BusinessesAbout the job:This role involves business development responsibilities, including:Formulating expansion strategies and defining growth directions for the organization across verticals.Managing existing sales pipelines and developing new business opportunities with onshore and offshore clients.Leading the development of proposals and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.Aligning strategic initiatives with the organizations long- and short-term goals.Strategizing content creation for proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.Identifying trends and customer needs to build a sales pipeline aligned with targets.Driving efficiency through offshoring, automation, and technology solutions.Coordinating and implementing marketing strategies and delegating tasks to achieve strategic goals.Maintaining professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.Collaborating with leadership to define a sustainable growth and innovation roadmap.About you:We are looking for candidates with:10+ years of experience in client management with a proven track record of business expansion across various verticals, including offshore operations and team building.Experience in driving growth through onshore and offshore client engagement.Understanding client requirements, processes, and identifying outsourcing opportunities.Extensive experience in client engagement and business expansion within the B2B sector.Expertise in change management, process improvement, and technology-driven operations.End-to-end stakeholder engagement and strategic growth planning (Key Account Management).What''s in it for you?At AccSource, we value our people.
