This is a senior SLT role responsible for embedding rigorous marketing effectiveness principles and driving business impact through evidence-based insights.Working at the intersection of data, strategy, and client leadership, this role partners closely with client-side Marketing Science teams, Brand Managers, and senior marketing leaders. Internally, the role supports the OMD Business Management teams in developing and defending media investment strategies grounded in robust effectiveness thinking.What you''ll do:Lead the marketing effectiveness agenda across the client''s portfolio of brands, providing thought leadership on measurement frameworks, incrementality, and media ROI.Oversee the end-to-end management and interpretation of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) studies.Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including Brand Managers and Marketing Science teams.Act as a strategic advisor on investment decisions, annual portfolio and brand campaign planning, long and short-term effectiveness strategy.Manage and mentor a Business Analyst, ensuring continuous development and delivery of high-quality insights, dashboards, and reporting outputs.Partner with OMD''s Business Management teams to integrate effectiveness insights into media strategy and planning.What you''ll need:Proven experience in a marketing effectiveness, marketing science, or analytics leadership roleideally within media, consulting, or client-side environments.Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), including end-to-end management, and applying outputs to drive strategy.Strong understanding of brand management, media channels, campaign attribution, and business performance metrics.Excellent communication skills with a track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.Ability to distil complex data into compelling stories and business recommendations.Experience managing or mentoring analysts or junior team members.Commercial mindset and passion for driving client growth through data-led marketing.What''s in it for you?Access to top tier clients and complex business challengesContinuous development through our mixed learning approachAll the tools, equipment and mentors you need to be successful in your roleOur organisation encourages diversity, supports charities and environmental initiativesWe have a bright, open plan and dog friendly office (we love our furry friends)We encourage and fully support flexible workingParental leaveA little bit about us...We are a proud part of the OMD global network, the world''s leading marketing and communications agency.
