In this dynamic role, you will provide expert support and leadership in managing complex behaviours across a range of clinical settings within CALHN. You will lead the development of behavioural support plans, provide clinical guidance during high-risk situations such as code blacks, and support staff through post-incident debriefing and recovery. Your expert insight will play a critical role in early risk identification and behaviour management, ensuring safer environments for patients, staff, and visitors. As a senior clinical leader, you will mentor and guide BART Clinical Nurses and Patient Assistant Officers, contribute to teaching and research initiatives, and drive the success of key projects that enhance service delivery and patient outcomes. Youll manage your own clinical portfolios, with responsibilities aligned to your career development plan.
