About the Opportunity? A leading FMCG Company are looking for a Finance Business Partner with a strategic mindset and a passion for the fast-moving consumer goods industry. This is the perfect opportunity to develop great commercial experience working as a Senior Finance Business Partner in the commercial team. This role will require strong business partnering skills as you will be working closely with all levels of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Include: Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager Key responsibilities for the role include (but are not limited to): Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and support business decisions. Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to guide business planning. Acts as a contact and sparring partner for the Sales Director, Head of Key Accounts, Marketing Manager and Regional Managers. Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and business cases. Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and support business decisions. The successful applicant will have experience with some or all of the below Experience in a commercial role ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods industry.CPA/CA/CIMA or similarly qualified or working towards. In depth understanding of the Sales value chain, the expected outcome and the related financial impact. Strong business partnering skills - candidates must be able to demonstrate professional handling of challenging commercial situations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in a commercial role ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods industry.CPA/CA/CIMA or similarly qualified or working towards.
