Your new role The Chief Operations Officer will oversee Project Management Office (PMO), Property Leasing & Development, Assets, Waste & Environment, Technical Services, & Infrastructure Operations Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the Operations team in delivering high-quality services and strategically managing assets across the Town of Victoria Park What youll need to succeed Our ideal candidate will demonstrate: A wealth of experience in senior leadership within infrastructure or government program delivery, with a proven track record of driving impactful outcomes. A transformative leader who inspires positive organisational change through empathy, integrity, and purpose-driven leadership. Relevant tertiary qualifications The benefits of working for us The position is offered on a performance based contract of up to five years with an attractive remuneration package up to $258,619 inclusive of salary, superannuation and vehicle allowance.
