Please see our Reconciliation Action Plan for more information.Minimum QualificationsBachelor''s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.2 years post-qualification experience in accounting or audit, working on cross-functional initiatives.Professional Accounting qualification (CA or CPA) or in progress.Preferred QualificationsExperience in process management, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.Understanding of international statutory reporting processes for multinationals.Ability to build relationships and credibility.Excellent project management, problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills.About the RoleAs a Google Financial Reporting Analyst, you will handle core accounting responsibilities, advise on financial reports, and interpret financial and budgetary data. You will support statutory financial filings and processes across APAC, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.You will collaborate with global teams, advocate best practices, and support business objectives with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain processes for statutory financial statement preparation and audits in APAC.Manage relationships with external auditors and vendors, including resource planning and governance.Support financial reporting deliverables such as bank and solicitor confirmations.Provide reporting and insights on financial status across the region.Organize and report on statutory compliance data globally.Equal Opportunity StatementGoogle is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
