We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Affordable Housing to join our team and manage our Affordable Housing portfolio. This role will ensure the effective operation of the non-staffed Affordable Housing properties. About you As the Senior Manager Affordable Housing, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Affordable Housing communities, you will develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, residents and community organisations. You will have excellent customer service skill responding to resident and family enquiries and complaints ensuring the properties are well presented and meet safety and security standards. Key Skills and responsibilities Previous experience in Affordable Housing, Social Work or healthcare sector Lead and manage the operations of multiple Affordable Housing communities. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff. Excellent Communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals. Ability to work collaboratively and drive change. Qualification in Business Administration, Social Work or a related field preferred. Why VMCH?
