The role includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and hotel policies.Manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.Address guest complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper handling of chemicals.Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction.QualificationsYour Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping environment.Strong training and coaching skills, with a proven ability to develop team members.Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems, specifically Oracle.Familiarity with Amadeus (HotSOS) Housekeeping Software is a plus.Proactive with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to clearly convey information and ideas to others.Quick decision-making ability, with a capacity to evaluate and choose the best course of action.Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced, high-stress situations.Skilled at listening, understanding, and resolving concerns or issues raised by coworkers and guests.Capable of performing duties with attention to detail, efficiency, accuracy, and a cooperative attitude, with minimal supervision.Additional InformationWhat Is In It For YouALL Heartist, Employee benefit card, offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide (Accommodation and Food & Beverage)Learning programs through our Learn your Way Academy platforms, ongoing training and development opportunities (self-pace, virtual webinars, face to face)Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activitiesLaundered uniformDuty MealOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Why work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
