Membership Customer Service Officer - Call CentreAbout the roleSACA is looking for experienced Casual Membership Customer Service Officers to join our Membership team. The Casual Membership Customer Service Officer will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to SACA and Adelaide Strikers Members, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and in a manner that upholds the high standards of our premium membership offerings.Key responsibilities:Deliver world-class customer service to SACA and Adelaide Strikers Members.Respond to all member enquiries positively representing our premium membership offerings.Process memberships and event registrations, maintain accurate records, process payments, and undertake administrative tasks efficiently.Communicate with Members via phone, email, and face-to-face for sales, follow-up, general queries, and other requirements.Answer inbound calls promptly and provide exceptional customer service.Assist the team with the execution of membership products and high standards of presentation.Coordinate member experiences and events as required.Provide customer service on match days, assisting with enquiries, merchandise, ticketing, and access.Assist with match day setup and pack-down, ensuring smooth operations.Hold or be able to obtain a valid Working with Children Check.Would also be great if you haveAvailability for all major events during the cricket season.Knowledge of or passion for elite sporting organizations.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including communication skills.Problem-solving abilities with effective oral communication.Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with diverse people, including handling difficult conversations professionally.Good organizational and time management skills.A flexible and dedicated approach.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.Experience working with diverse age groups.A positive attitude and passion for customer service.Valid Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one.About SACAThe SACA is a premier sporting body in Australia, dedicated to cricket.
