We take pride in offering barefoot luxury, ensuring unforgettable moments for both guests and staff in our stunning coastal paradise.Job Description We have an opportunity for an experienced CDP to work in our main Restaurant covering our Lunch/Dinner Shifts. This is a Full time position working 5 days a week, afternoon and night shifts. Initially you will be based in Azure Restaurant working the afternoon shift. Rosters are advised two weeks out so you can find the balance with work and home life. Your professionalism, passion, commitment and respect will be rewarded by our Executive Chef taking a keen interest in your career and future progression. We require your flexibility to also work breakfast shifts when needed as you will not be permanently working nights, there will be flexibility across both AM and PM shifts.We offer a high quality, award winning dining experience with a strong emphasis on local fresh produce, our kitchen caters for multiple food and beverage outlets across the resort.You must have extensive Restaurant and or Cafe experience but are looking to expand your skills outside of this environment. If you enjoy the fast pace and challenge that a multiple F & B outlet venue can offer, please read on.Desired Skills and ExperienceRequirement Previous experience in a Restaurant, Cafe or high volume catering environment Full availability including weekends and public holidays Able to commit to a full time position Relevant commercial cookery qualifications, min requirement Cert III in commercial cookery Able to adapt to busy periods with a sense of urgency Willingness to learn great techniques Able to follow recipes and plan your time accordingly Actively demonstrate pride in your work Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards Only applicants that have permanent resident status or unrestricted rights to work in Australia will be considered.
