The recently renovated ''Dining Hall'' has become one of Adelaide''s favourite gastro eateries, located in the iconic Adelaide Railway Station. It''s the ideal spot for morning coffee, Friday knock-offs, functions, events, game day celebrations, and more. We are seeking passionate, highly motivated, and experienced Supervisors to join our team, providing staff training and maintaining our 5-star customer service standards. Successful candidates should lead by example, performing all restaurant and bar duties as required. Responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products, monitoring quality, effectively communicating with staff about current happenings, and treating guests with warmth and welcome. The role requires working a range of hours, including night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and occasional late nights until 5am. The position reports to the Assistant Manager. What will you look like? You will have demonstrated supervisory experience, with a proven ability to lead teams successfully. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire and motivate others. You should excel in problem-solving, decision-making, and possess meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
