The Customer Service Coordinator leads the Facility Administration team, working closely with the Residential Manager to provide personal administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of the administration area through supervision of other clerical staff. What do I need for the role? Demonstrated experience in supervising staff, with the ability to lead and work within a team, offering support and assistance when required. Experience in office administration and clerical procedures, preferably within a Residential Aged Care environment. Ability to responsibly manage confidential materials and documents according to organisational requirements. Great attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
