The right candidate will excel at troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking problems and enjoy collaborating with team members. This role will include being rostered for after-hours IT support.Desired Skills and ExperienceYour skills and experience:Experience providing Level 12 IT support (onsite and remote) across Windows and MacOS environments.Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, applications, mobile devices, printers, POS systems, and remote access issues.Proficient in Microsoft 365 support, including user account and permission management via Active Directory, O365, and file shares.Familiar with IT onboarding/offboarding processes and maintaining helpdesk ticketing systems with timely user communication.Hands-on experience with tools such as Endpoint Central, ScreenConnect, AirWatch, Veeam, VMware, and Zoom.Solid understanding of MDM platforms, backup solutions, virtualization, and basic network fundamentals.Capable of supporting retail environments and managing IT assets, including mobile devices and global asset registers.Completion of allocated project tasks to support IT project delivery.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently or as part of a team with a service-oriented mindset.We value our people as our greatest asset.
