This role builds commercial foundations in retail buying, combining hands-on operational support with real-time learning from experienced merchandisers and buyers.Your key responsibilities will include:Order Facilitation & Admin AccuracyPrepare and submit purchase orders with precision and paceManage and update product and vendor data to support seamless tradeTrack order progress and alert on potential delays or risksVendor & Brand CommunicationCoordinate with brand partners to confirm orders and delivery schedulesAssist with routine brand touchpointsproduct updates, delivery ETAs, and style correctionsInventory & Refill ManagementMonitor indent and refill flows, identifying gaps and opportunitiesSupport inventory team with basic reporting and restock processesInsight & Analysis SupportOrganise product performance data and help prep trade decksAssist the team in gathering market and competitor insightsGrowth & DevelopmentTake initiative to learn product lifecycle strategy, margin management, and assortment planningParticipate in seasonal reviews and strategy sessions to expand buying acumenTo succeed in this role, you will need to have the following:Entry-level experience in retail, admin, or buying coordinationStrong Excel and data handling skillsAttention to detail and a hunger to learn commercial decision-makingA customer-first mindsetyou know its not just about products, but the people who wear themCommunication with brands is timely, professional, and well-documentedYoure organised, proactive, and gaining confidence in reading stock and sales performanceYou bring curiosity, energy, and precision to every taskwhether it''s filling in a line sheet or contributing to a range reviewAt Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
