Our Mission is to promote the dignity, life and spirituality of older people through connected and inclusive communities.We are looking for passionate and caring individuals to make a difference in our Aged C are clients'' lives by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible. You will be travelling around the South West Sydney area and will need to have some availability during weekdays Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm.
