From family services and mental health to large-scale regional partnerships, were working on some innovative projects - and wed love for you to be part of them.What Youll Be Doing (and Why It Matters)Were on the lookout for a full-time Executive Assistant to support our Health and Family Services Leadership Team. Youll be based in Katherine or Darwin - with occasional travel out bush - and work closely with committed and collaborative leaders.This isnt your average EA role. Youll play a key part in how we operate - from preparing papers and coordinating high-level meetings to making sure the right voices are heard at the right time.Youll also work alongside our EA to the CEO to keep our governance processes smooth, efficient, and on track.Your day-to-day might include:Coordinating meetings, prepping agendas, and chasing up actionsManaging calendars and travel for execsWorking closely with other leaders to keep key projects and reports on trackHelping out with board meeting prep and supporting cross-team governanceWriting, formatting, and reviewing reports, emails and documentationBeing a reliable point of contact for both internal teams and external partnersHow Well Help You Settle InWe know starting a new job can feel like a big leap - especially in a unique, close-knit organisation like ours. From there, well help you step confidently into the role, knowing youre grounded in context and supported by a team thats got your back.What Youll Bring to the TeamWere looking for someone whos confident, capable, and considerate - someone who takes initiative, keeps things moving, and enjoys being a behind-the-scenes organiser.Youll ideally have:Strong admin and scheduling experience, with excellent attention to detailGreat written and verbal communication skillsA knack for staying on top of priorities - even when theres a lot happeningExperience with Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools like TeamsA calm, professional approach - especially when managing confidential infoA willingness to learn and adapt - and a sense of humour definitely helps!Bonus points if youve worked in Aboriginal health or remote communities, but its not essential.
