As our Coordinator People and Culture, youll have a real impact in creating a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace across the City. In this role, youll partner closely with the Manager People and Culture to drive initiatives that spark employee engagement, shape a vibrant workplace culture, and support organisational goals. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that covers a wide range of HR functions, including: Employee relations and performance management Recruitment and retention strategies Learning and development coordination Policy development and implementation Workforce planning and HR reporting Who we are Looking for: To be considered for this position, you will need: Qualifications preferred in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field Proven HR experience in a similar or senior advisory/coordinator role Strong knowledge of employment law and contemporary HR practices Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation Values SUPPORTWe will support each and every team member to work together, build relationships and deliver greater outcomes for our organisation and community.
