About the roleJoin the fast-paced recruitment team at RSM People as a Recruitment Administration professional. In this full-time role located in Bundaberg, you will play a crucial part in supporting our growing recruitment services. As an enthusiastic and organised individual, you will ensure the smooth running of our recruitment processes and contribute to the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience.What you''ll be doingProviding comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate recordsCoordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial application review to onboarding new hiresLiaising with candidates and clients to ensure timely and effective communicationAssisting with the auditing of recruitment related paperwork to ensure fully compliant record keepingProviding general office support, such as data entry, document management, and ordering of PPE and office suppliesContributing to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and proceduresWhat we''re looking forStrong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the expertise to build productive candidate and client relationshipsProficiency in using recruitment and office software, such as applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suiteDemonstrated experience in a similar administrative or recruitment support roleA proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and changing business requirementsA genuine interest in the recruitment industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceWhat we offerAt RSM People, we value our employees and are proud of our supportive team and friendly work environment.
