Acute services include a full-time emergency department, critical care unit, neonatal critical care unit, three operating theatres, day procedure unit, oncology and dialysis services in addition to general medical and services and sub-acute services including rehabilitation.CGH is also a leading teaching hospital, affiliated with Monash University''s School of Rural Health and provides placements and clinical experience for studentsAbout DepartmentThe Learning Services department is based at the Sale campus. It provides ongoing professional development and support opportunities for all CGH employees, covering all CGH campuses including Maffra, Heyfield, Stretton Park, Rosedale and Loch Sport.About the RoleThe primary purpose of the position is to administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Learning Services team.The Education Support Officer reports directly to the Manager Learning Services and works in a highly collaborative manner with all members of the Learning Services team and more broadly with all staff across the organisation. Externally, the Education Support Officer liaises with a network of other LMS administrators, LMS providers, healthcare providers.DutiesMaintain all aspects of the CGHS LMS siteRespond to user enquiries such as: catalogue requests, classroom bookings, email enquiries, password resets, certificate requests and recognition of prior learning, in a timely and professional manner.Design, develop, build and publish engaging and interactive eLearning courses using tools Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 in consultation with subject matter expertsDevelop learning and promotional materials in alignment with CGH brand guidelines using MS Office and CANVA and publish to the CGHS Intranet.Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceCertificate IV in Business Administration or Diploma of Management or equivalentConsiderable experience in coordination and development of LMSHigh level organisational and management skills including the ability to set priorities, manage time, plan work to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.Salary packagingEmployee Assistance ProgramSocial ClubApplicationPlease attach your resume and cover letter to your applicationAll appointments are made subject to the candidate providing a current satisfactory National Police Certificate and obtaining a Working with Children Check.At CGH we acknowledge the importance of creating a work environment that is welcoming, safe, equitable and inclusive.
