Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage Agribusiness relationships by providing fully integrated solutions, managing a diverse portfolio through growth with existing customers, acquiring new customers, and managing expenses. Manage and grow a portfolio of premium businesses, offering opportunities to handle complex enterprises and professional relationships. Utilize your business development and relationship management skills to provide financial advisory services, integrated financial solutions, and risk management. Understand clients unique businesses, communicate effectively, make timely decisions, and drive innovation and continuous improvement. Candidate Requirements: Experience in Agribusiness, deal structuring, and credit assessment of large transactions. Strong financial acumen and relationship management skills. Proven track record in sales, growth, and business development. Knowledge of business banking products and services. Problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.
