Connecting capabilities for a truly inciting customer experience.Primary FunctionThe Account Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day communication with key clients and supporting the execution of creative campaigns across digital display, out-of-home (OOH), and print.This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholder expectations, and creative workflows, while ensuring high attention to detail and consistent brand delivery.Duties and ResponsibilitiesInterpret and analyse client briefs and campaign rollout plans, translating them into actionable internal briefsManage the end-to-end creative production lifecycle, from briefing to finished art dispatch, across digital, OOH and printCoordinate campaign timelines, resources and internal WIPs, ensuring consistent communication and deliveryLead the process of forecasting and preparing the studio for upcoming workload by providing visibility of client projectsCompile creative materials for client presentations and quarterly business reviews using agency templatesMaintain regular and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment at all stagesOwn and manage the account WIP status report, updating internal teams and clients as requiredManage account financials, including estimating, raising POs, tracking budgets, job reconciliation and invoicingBuild and maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent and timely communicationManage relationships with key partners such as vendors, suppliers and affiliated client businessesGuide clients through internal processes and ways of working, helping to streamline collaborationEnsure brand consistency by strictly adhering to client guidelines and applying quality control across all deliverablesQualifications and Experience12 years minimum experience in a similar account or project coordination roleTertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferredPrevious experience in an integrated marketing or creative agency environmentProven ability to manage deadlines, multiple stakeholders and project resourcesUnderstanding of campaign production workflows across digital, OOH and printSkills and CapabilitiesStrong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written, verbal and presentation communication skillsA collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitudeHighly organised, with strong prioritisation and time management skillsWillingness to learn and grow within the business, taking on feedback constructivelyAble to adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needsSkilled in anticipating challenges and resolving them calmly and professionallyA natural communicator who can build trust with clients and internal teams alikeHow you can join the teamIf this role and life at Cheil sounds like the perfect fit, we would love to hear from you!
