With a commitment to improving the lives of their customers, they are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.We are seeking a customer-centric Showroom Manager to join the team in a permanent, full-time position, based out of their brand new store in Ballarat.Tasks include:Provide proactive customer service in person, via phone and email, promptly answering enquiriesBeing the point of escalationManaging a small teamEnsuring the store works to and meets its budgets and forecastsStaff trainingRosteringMerchandisingPromptly communicate progress of orders to customersPerform in showroom sales and provide product information to customersProcess quotes, orders and invoices utilising POS systemMaintain showroom presentationProvide detailed product demonstrationsAssist with general office administration dutiesWe are seeking candidates who possess the following skills and experience:Excellent communication skills, and professionalismClinical experience or qualifications in medical or health related field a bonusLeadership and delegation experienceComputer and system skillsPossess a positive, and customer focused attitudeA team player that can add value in a dynamic business cultureThis is an opportunity to work for a business that believe their people are their greatest asset, and are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
