The key focus of this role is to support the wider operations team including the General manager, Estimator, and Project delivery Specialists by managing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance to facilitate the efficient operation of the team. More specifically, you will:Manage the Estimating, Scheduling and Engineering inboxes, actioning in a timely mannerAccurately save job related documents to the relevant business systems (BusinessCraft, Laserfiche, Companion, etc.) adhering to document control and naming processes.Build positive relationships and work collaboratively with the wider Complete operations team and external stakeholders including councilAssist with preparation of documentation including Council Development Applications, Developer Approvals, Contracts etc, ensuring high levels of accuracy and complianceFollow up, track and update the progress of development applications and approvals and proactively address any issues to assist projects on scheduleSet up jobs in Companion for the Site Manager to commence works on-siteAbout YouYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
