As a Striker (Field Sales Representative), you will have true territory ownership within a geographical patch, where you can deliver executional excellence across a range of corporate and independent Retail and P&C accounts. You will deliver maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products, in line with Perfect Store standards, representing the Red Bull brand at all times.All the responsibilities we''ll trust you with:TERRITORY OWNERSHIPYou will take pride in owning your designated geographical patch, delivering against key targets and metrics to ensure executional excellence across independent, corporate grocery, and P&C accounts. You will build close relationships with third-party partners to collaborate and achieve wins in your territory. Mastering power selling techniques and embracing our Red Bull MVP mantra and values will be essential.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTYou will strategically approach your defined territory, completing all allocated calls. Effective visitation of accounts at optimal regularity is expected. You will also work to increase distribution width and depth within existing customers and convert new business leads in non-traditional channels.LONG TERM SALES DRIVERSYou will develop relationships with key customers and new leads, driving Red Bull''s in-store presence in line with Perfect Store standards. Winning "cold can" and cashier placements across all channels, increasing product distribution and availability, and expanding Red Bull''s share of space in-store through category insights are key objectives.SHORT TERM SALES DRIVERSYou will focus on developing relationships with key customers and new leads, executing displays aligned with promotional periods across both corporate and independent accounts, and ensuring the in-store presence of Red Bull is maximized.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:Sales experience required; FMCG experience preferred but not essentialAbility to manage and cultivate good working relationshipsStrong selling skills (negotiation and objection handling) and commercial awarenessOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and in a teamA valid and full drivers license is requiredProficient in written and verbal EnglishAdditional requirements:You must have read and understood the Privacy Statement and the Red Bull Australia Privacy Policy.You are qualified to work in Australia, and may need to provide evidence of this to comply with the Migration Act 1958 (Cth).All submitted information must be true, accurate, and complete.
