You will show a disciplined yet innovative approach to engaging customers, adding value to their business whilst activating in their outlets brilliantly, all in line with Bacardi Martinis strategic direction.In this role you will report directly to the Field Sales Manager and play an integralpart in the field sales teams pursuit for market share growth and trade advocacy.About YouWith a Founders mentality approach, you play a role in the territorys growth and success by driving customer centric collaboration across the business finding ways to deliver against our strategy and annual plan.You will be a role model of the Bacardi Family culture and embody this cultural pillar through excellent partnerships with our customers, building value-based cross-functional relationships, working with the On-Trade sales team to grow and succeed.You will be required to deliver defined outcomes through the execution of sales strategies and processes with your selected customers. In this role you will work with varying types of outlets and engage at all levels of management within them.
