Our teams are based in key mining regions across Australia, India, Africa, North and South America.About The RoleIn this true generalist role, you will span both the operational and strategic aspects of People & Culture (P&C). You will partner with the Executive General Manager and Senior Leadership Team to support the improvement of business capability and performance through effective P&C support, guidance and advice.Your Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToPartnering with key stakeholders to implement and embed the P&C strategy and use your commercial and HR acumen to guide the region on its key people prioritiesConsulting with leaders to identify and actively develop talent across the businessGuiding and supporting leaders and providing HR advice and coaching to ensure effective people outcomesDriving our annual processes, such as performance and development plans, talent reviews, succession planning and annual remuneration reviewsPlanning and delivery of people related aspects of business change such as shifts in business strategy, acquisition and integration of new businesses and growth initiativesCoaching leaders on managing change and formulating effective strategies for managing change in their businessCoaching, supporting and influencing leaders to ensure they deliver on their people engagement plansDeveloping, coaching and supporting a team of 3 P&C Business PartnersWorking with the broader P&C team to help to continuously improve the P&C functionEnsuring compliance with company policies and procedures and legislative requirementsAbout YouYou will have a HR generalist background with the ability to work both operationally and strategically with senior stakeholders. In addition, you will thrive on developing strong relationships with your stakeholders and be comfortable working autonomously. You will have solid experience working at a HR Manager level and ideally hold a qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
