Working collaboratively with Health & Safety and other stakeholders, the Contractor Management Coordinator ensures that contractor engagement and performance align with Port Waratahs strategic and compliance objectives. This role is permanent part-time (0.6FTE) with flexibility to structure work hours across 3-5 days per week.Key Responsibilities include:Maintain and further develop Port Waratahs Contractor Management System (CMS), ensuring it supports contract holders in achieving performance outcomes.Support and partner with Contract Holders in CMS accountabilities and procedures.Coordinate contractor accreditation, compliance reviews, and participate in contractor forums.Support contract transition and succession planning, including kick-off meetings, performance reviews, and exit strategies.Manage contractor systems including Avetta, ensuring data integrity and compliance.Skills and Experiences:Skills and Experience:What we are looking for:Qualifications in Contractor Management, or equivalent, or extensive experience in a procurement-related field.Experience in maintaining contractor management systems.Experience in contractor and contract process management.Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Benefits:Competitive Remuneration, including 18.5% Superannuation and bonus programmeWork to Live Culture, including generous leave entitlementsHealth and Wellbeing benefits; gym membership/ on-site gyms, exercise physiologists, personal health assessments, Employee Assistance Program.For initial inquiries or assistance with your application, please call Jess ONeil or Adrian Button from Beilby Downing Teal on (02) 4044 0400. #J-18808-Ljbffr
