This is an opportunity for you to work on defense and government refurbishment and fit out projects in Darwin.About The RoleMaintain the highest standard of EHSQDeliver a project (or projects) from preconstruction to completion of defect liability periodBuild and maintain positive relationships both with project teams and external stakeholdersManage the financial and operational excellence across projectsUnderstand and comply with relevant policies and practicesManage the development of project teamsIdentify and create strategies for profit improvementManage project financeDevelop and maintain positive client relationshipsUpdate project progress in SHAPE project Delivery SystemEnsure system complianceQuality management & defect minimisationWhat You Will Need2-5 years Project Management experience within the commercial construction, ideally in Fit out and RefurbishmentAble to pass a defence clearance (DCAC)Experience working on projects $5M+Strong knowledge of head contracts and subcontractsSolid understanding of project methodology, cost reporting, and programmingSolid experience in interpreting specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildabilityAbility to manage a project to Australian Safety StandardsExperience with JOBPAC and Procore (desired)Proven dedication to EHSQ principlesWhat You Get In ReturnSalary range of $150K to $160K + Commissions + SuperPermanent full-time position5 extra paid leave days every yearPersonalised Career Development roadmapYour Next StepsIf you have the skills and experience to succeed in this role, apply now with your current resume.
