This is a permanent full-time position reporting to the Executive Manager Finance.This key role is responsible for the end to end delivery of payroll services, accounts payable, and core financial operations including reconciliations, journals, and support for monthly reporting. You will work collaboratively across teams, contribute to systems, and process improvements, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and employment instruments.What Youll DoManage end-to-end payroll processing, benefits administration, and reportingProcess and manage accounts payable, including invoice coding and reconciliationPrepare and enter journals, assist with month-end reporting and auditsMaintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with taxation, superannuation, and industrial instrumentsLiaise with internal teams, external suppliers, auditors, and government departmentsContribute to the improvement of financial and payroll systems and internal controlsAbout YouYou are proactive, accurate, and solutions-focused, with a strong understanding of finance and payroll functions.
