Join one of AFR Boss Best Places to Work as a Senior Client CoordiantorAbout UsAt Prestige Inhome Care, we''re not just a care provider; we''re a family dedicated to making lives better by keeping people in the comfort of their homes for the past 20 years.About The RoleLead and support a team of Client Coordinators, overseeing task allocation and service delivery through data-informed planning.Manage client information systems, ensuring accurate, secure data collection to support reporting, compliance, and service improvement.Regularly analyse client datasuch as service usage, demographics, and engagementto identify trends and improve operations.Dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators and evaluate service effectiveness.Investigate complaints, incidents, and feedback to identify root causes and recommend service improvements.Establish data governance frameworks and reporting protocols to support audits and strategic decision-making.Lead quality improvement initiatives by evaluating service analytics and recommending policy and procedural changes.Document workflows and share insights across teams to encourage consistent, data-driven practices.Contribute to service policy development using evidence and stakeholder feedback to ensure compliance and client responsiveness.ABOUT YOUThe Ideal Candidate Will PossessExperience in community care/ home based care services.At least 3 years work experience in a similar role environment with evidence of capability to lead a team in a dynamic settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly developed organisational and prioritising skills.Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.Demonstrated self-awareness and self-management ability.Computer literate for work processing, data base management.Proactive and focused on continuous improvement.Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skillsWhat''s in It for You?Were proud to share that Prestige Inhome Care has been recognised as one of AFR BOSS Best Places to Work for the second year running!
