Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and configuring core network infrastructure including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and enterprise firewall and also delivering Level 2 (and some Level 1) support for Windows, macOS, and mobile environments.You''ll also contribute to systems administration, user onboarding/offboarding, device management, and the continuous improvement of IT operations within a secure and modern tech environment.Please note: this role is based near Mona Vale, so a valid driver''s licence and car are required.
