This position is located at our Kemerton Site.What You Will DoDevelop new specifications, procedures, scopes of work for the Operations department, as well as commissioning procedures and datasheets;Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to gather technical details necessary for documentation;Utilize advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite to produce technical manuals;Create clear, well-illustrated technical procedures in a logical format;Follow corporate procedures for developing and reviewing documentation;Work autonomously, organize schedules, and coordinate reviews with stakeholders in a timely manner;Participate in documentation reviews with the Site Capital Team;Identify and communicate major changes or gaps in documents early to stakeholders to ensure safety and efficiency;Manage scope changes and additional documentation requests within disciplines.What You BringRequired:Experience in developing and producing technical documents;At least 5 years of experience in creating technical manuals or procedures;Advanced proficiency with MS Word and Excel;Advanced skills in Adobe products, including producing, reviewing, and finalizing documents.Preferred:Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated technical ability in producing and editing technical documents.Benefits of Joining AlbemarleCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageResources supporting professional and personal developmentWe are partners to one another in pioneering new ways to be better for ourselves, our teams, and our communities.
