Join our fun, authentic, and passionate team committed to being learners, collaborators, and changemakers.Role OverviewThe Digital Solutions Manager is a multifaceted role that combines responsibilities of a Solution Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, and Product & Release Manager. You will bridge the gap between requirements, architecture, and design while overseeing the complete solution lifecycle to meet the e-commerce and digital needs of the business. This hands-on role requires superior attention to detail, strong understanding of SDLC and agile practices, coordination skills, and a positive "can-do" attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements. Build relationships with software development teams and vendors. Lead technical delivery and governance of digital projects.Understand customer needs and drive solutions to enhance their digital experience. Ensure application architecture and integration activities are designed with the customer in mind.Translate detailed specifications into design documentation. Develop and maintain a digital architecture blueprint. Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle. Manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth software development and deployment. Lead unit and integration testing. Ensure site uptime and performance monitoring.Support the development of digital business cases. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
