This is a full-time, fixed-term position (ending June 2027), while WFH/hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Blackburn North headquarters and other required locations across the state in line with our hybrid working model.About The RoleReporting to the Senior Program Manager Cloud & IT Infrastructure, the successful applicant will lead business analysis activities on enterprise-level transformational projects and programs. Responsibilities include but not limited to;Requirements Gathering & Technical Discovery: Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to assess workload types involving business applications and services related to infrastructure, network, and security. Collaborate with stakeholders to document detailed business and technical requirements, as-is application environment mapping for Azure and private cloud migrationsPlatform Build & Enhancement: Actively participate in the design, development, and enhancement of public and private cloud platforms for AV, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standardsCloud Landing zone and migration Design: Work with technical teams to design cloud architectures that align with business needs and objectives for platform build, enhancements and workload migrationsProcess Mapping & Gap Analysis: Analyse existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to facilitate cloud adoptionData Migration Planning: Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption during the transitionStakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the migration processTesting & Validation: Coordinate testing efforts to ensure cloud solutions meet business requirements and performance standardsChange Management: Support change management activities, including training and documentation, to ensure smooth adoption of cloud technologiesAbout YouThe successful applicant will have completion of a postgraduate degree or relevant Business Analysis and Agile certification with high level relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and sound experience (preferably SAFe Agilist, Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar).
