Your focus will be on providing a consultative, solutions-based sales experience that delivers exceptional outcomes for our Members.What Youll DoDevelop leads, prepare quotations, and close sales across our range of Solar, Battery Storage and EV solutions for residential customersUnderstand and explore Member needs, providing tailored advice and solutionsSwitch and up-sell relevant packages using a consultative sales approachEnsure data accuracy and capture relevant information using discovery questionsAdhere to internal processes and government regulationsMaintain strong product knowledge across RAAs Home and EV Energy rangeWhat Sets You ApartAt RAA, we hire for culture first and skills second but to thrive in this role, youll bring:A strong customer focus and passion for delivering great serviceExcellent communication and attention to detailA proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsConfidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAn understanding of consultative and commission-based sellingAt least 1 year of experience in the solar industryAbout UsWere proud to be one of South Australias most iconic brands, trusted by members for more than 120 years.
