About the RoleAs a Hub Practitioner, you will:Provide culturally appropriate responses to people experiencing or using family violenceWork across the Orange Door''s core areas: family violence, child wellbeing, and perpetrator servicesCollaborate with a team of professionals to ensure clients receive coordinated, client-centred supportDeliver services aligned with trauma-informed, intersectional, and culturally sensitive practice What''s on OfferSCHADS Level 5: $97,000 - $101,000 + super + salary packagingFull-time ongoing role (0.8 FTE also considered)Onsite roles based in Mildura and Swan HillJoin a team grounded in cultural safety, community connection, and strong collaborationSupportive and purpose-driven working environment Mandatory Requirement - REQ209Applicants must meet REQ209, which refers to the Minimum Mandatory Qualification Requirements under the Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) Framework.This means:Holding a relevant qualification (e.g. Social Work, Community Services, Psychology), orDemonstrating equivalent experience aligned with responsibilities under the framework Relocation SupportRelocation assistance is currently unclear.
