As our Health, Rehabilitation & Return to Work Adviser, youll manage injury cases and promote positive return to work outcomes. You''re eager to make a meaningful difference at UniSC.You will possess:Accredited Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator training through a recognised Workers Compensation Regulator;Strong interpersonal skills with experience in consulting, influencing, and building trust;Ability to interpret and resolve complex injury-related issues;Excellent written communication skills for reports and responses;Judgement in advising on physical and psychosocial injury aspects;Experience with Workers Compensation policies across multiple states;A solid understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and practices in work health, safety, and HR.UniSC is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
