Youll collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver innovative energy solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical systems within the energy project.Manage high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and system optimizations to enhance efficiency.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.Support the commissioning phase, ensuring successful integration of electrical infrastructure.Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, safety, and quality.Coordinate across engineering, project delivery teams, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and contracts.Oversee and resolve technical queries as needed.Lead the development of work packs for the project.Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to engineering team members.Prepare and manage schedule, cost, progress, and forecast reports, ensuring all reporting requirements are met.Support the project team by implementing best practices for optimal performance.The Right Candidate:Experienced Electrical Project Engineer working on transmission and distribution projects (high-voltage (HV), low-voltage (LV), managing contracts, quality assurance, design reviews, and calculations).Highly organised, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator, skilled in building relationships and cross-team collaboration.Brings a results-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges.Hold a Bachelor of Electrical or Electronic Engineering.Knowledge of Australian Standards.Who we areRSGx is a provider of innovative, multidisciplinary and integrated mechanical and electrical solutions in the transport infrastructure, oil and gas, resource and minerals, renewables, transmission and distribution, and water industries in Australia.
