Additionally, you will be committed to achieving the goals embedded in the Future Fit Strategic Plan 2021-2030.About the roleThis role provides high-level expert advice and operational oversight to the Curriculum and Academic Management (CAM) team to ensure the effective and efficient administration and management of CAM functions. In addition, the role is accountable for the continuous review and improvement of work processes, systems and workforce plans across the CAM functions.The Senior Manager, CAM collaborates closely with Faculties and Schools, Central Portfolios, Academic Governance Committees, Secretariat, and the Education Quality Directorate to identify and action improvements to CAM processes, systems and resource allocations that enable CAM, and allied Education Futures services, to meet their responsibilities effectively and efficiently, and to ensure alignment of CAM functions with the Universitys strategic priorities and directions. In addition, the role collaborates across the institution to provide high-level expert advice and leadership in the area of curriculum and academic management to ensure the proactive integration of the team and its functions in University processes and requirements.About youTo be successful in this role, you willExcel in providing high-level expert advice and have a track record of enhancing operational oversight. In this pivotal role, you will lead the Curriculum and Academic Management team, ensuring the administration is both effective and efficient. Your responsibilities include continuous improvement of work processes, systems, and workforce planning. Collaborate extensively with faculties, central portfolios, and governance committees to drive enhancements and align CAM functions with the universitys strategic objectives. Your expertise in curriculum and academic management will be crucial in integrating CAM services within broader university processes, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with educational goals.
