Apply today!Job DetailsPrincipal Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the daily running of the Customer Service team i.e. to ensure that personnel are working to their full potential, that work is evenly distributed among staff, to ensure the systems are being utilised correctly and to the maximum, to ensure that calls and customers are being dealt with appropriatelyTo ensure that all customers receive the highest level of customer service and departmental standards remain highObserve and evaluate the teams performance and offer assistance/ support to All Customer Service staff and Team leadersEnsure all members of staff are up to date and fully trained on all new guidelines / Standard Operating Procedure and technological changesConduct regular Customer Service meetings to discuss the general running of the departmentIdentify areas where change may be required and implement the change if appropriateResponsible for recruitment and Training of all new Personnel to the departmentEnsure that regular individual Feedback sessions are carried out to evaluate performance of all Team membersHold regular meetings with Customer Service Team leaders to ensure continued staff developmentConduct and document annual Appraisals with all staffEssential Knowledge & SkillsAble to follow procedures & instructionsAble to take on projects at the request of managementAble to provide relevant information on requestGood communication skills verbally & writtenPersonal Attributes And DispositionAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyHave excellent interpersonal skillsSelf motivatedRemains Calm under pressureFlexible attitude for working shifts and last minute coverageHigh attention to detailUses own initiativeAble to prioritise workloadFriendly & politeDependable, reliable and trustworthyWhat Cencora offersBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
