You would also provide legal support in relation to disputes and contentious matters impacting Woodside. We are interested in hearing from lawyers with experience in one or more of these areas. Experience in all areas is not required.We are interested in hearing from lawyers with 5+ years of applicable experience.Duties & Responsibilities:Working from our global head quaraters in Perth, you wil lget invovled in a range of activities that will include:Provide commercial-focussed, pragmatic legal advice and assistance to relevant stakeholder groups who manage environment, health and safety and regulatory approvals.Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with environment, health and safety and regulatory approvals.Assist the company to manage disputes, litigation or other contentious matters.Provide general corporate and commercial legal advice.Provide structured and ad-hoc legal training across a range of functions and business units.Engage with business to identify and stay ahead of emerging legal risks.Skills & Experience:We are interested in hearing from lawyers with the core skills and experience set out below.Admitted as a lawyer to practise in an Australian jurisdiction.
