Introduction: Bamara is seeking an energetic Site Leader for the Alice Springs region. The position is full-time, with office hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The role involves leading the Alice Springs team, implementing community engagement strategies, and achieving KPI targets. Leadership The Site Leader will oversee a small but dedicated team, coordinating daily operations of programs such as the Transition to Work, Parent Pathways, and Employability Skills Training. The role also includes working with the compliance team to ensure all programs meet regulatory standards. Networking The successful candidate should engage with stakeholders to increase referrals and attendance through youth forums, and build relationships with local elders, community organizations, and employers. A key performance indicator will be creating employment opportunities for participants. Skills and Experiences Applicants must have strong business development skills and a hands-on approach to program management. Leadership abilities to guide staff and support achievement of departmental KPIs are essential. Managing a small caseload may be required. Candidates must possess a Certificate IV qualification or higher, hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), and a current drivers license.
